For those who believe they know the Caribbean, the island of Dominica always produces a surprise. Hardwood ‘open-under’ houses are constructed on half-acre, and stone houses on one-acre sites. Each house may be designed with at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and owners and guests may enjoy full access to the entire plantation as well as free use of a twin-engine aircraft to fly in and out of Dominica.

Special launch prices start at: US$190,000 for a hardwood house, and US$330,000 for a stone house. Citrus Creek Plantation will manage the rental and full daily servicing of all accommodation on behalf of owners when they are not enjoying this tropical paradise themselves.

Also planned for the Citrus Creek Plantation is an intimate boutique hotel of up to seven rooms. Constructed from a combination of local stone and wood, this luxurious hideaway with a natural stone swimming pool, will reside on 4 acres of riverside land. The price for this project is US$800,000 and includes part ownership of the development’s twin-engine aircraft.

Taberi Estates is a programme that offers opportunities for riverside land investments. Located alongside the Citrus Creek Plantation, large areas of land are offered in the lush Taberi Valley at an attractive launch price of US$1 per square foot. Investors will have access to Citrus Creek utilities as well as its property management services.
